For oversized or fragile items, we provide additional protective packaging while maintaining our standard shipping service exclusively within Malaysia and United States.

Orders placed before 15:00 (GMT+8) from Monday to Friday are processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends are processed the following business day. Our dedicated team meticulously inspects, checks for assembly, and prepares each lighting order, a process that typically takes 28-42 business days, excluding public holidays.
Transit and Delivery
Once dispatched, your lighting order will typically arrive within 28-42 business days, depending on your location and courier schedules. Deliveries occur exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday). Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order's progress.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Combining handling and transit times, expect your lighting order to arrive within 56-84 business days from the date of purchase. Smaller items like bulbs and accessories generally arrive sooner, while larger fixtures and chandeliers may require additional time due to special handling requirements.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all lighting orders within Malaysia and United States, with no minimum purchase or additional delivery fees regardless of order size. All prices, shipping charges, and transactions are denoted in United States Dolllar (USD), ensuring transparency with no hidden costs or duties for domestic orders.
Packaging and Handling
To safeguard your purchase during transit, all lighting products are shipped in secure packaging with foam, padding, or double-boxing where necessary. Fragile components such as glass shades, bulbs, or crystal parts are specially reinforced to minimize the risk of breakage.
